![]() Its eyes are narrowed with a pale blue outer ring, and its beak is flatter with icy blue nostrils. The Ash Phoenix's head looks less feathery. The fire on its tail is much smaller with two main rounded flames on each side. The fire on its wings is darker, nearly black, more curved, and slightly resembles claws. It lacks highlights and has bright blue rounded fire. The flame patterns are instead rounded, resembling waterfalls. The Aqua Phoenix is blue like the Alpha Phoenix but is much brighter in color. It too has a darker mainbody than without animation. Its tail fire is lighter than its wing fire. ![]() With animation on, it strongly resembles the Golden Phoenix's animation but has smaller fire ripples that don't curl as far outwards. It has a large highlight on its head and its eyes are slightly further apart from the Golden Phoenix. At a closer glance it has a thin lighter blue ring around its eyes. The Alpha Phoenix is a Golden Phoenix that is cerulean and has cerulean fire. The Golden Phoenix's mainbody is a darker yellow. With animation on, its wings are smaller and ripple outwards. The Golden Phoenix is a lighter colored Season 1 Phoenix that looks up slightly higher and has golden fire. It resembles the Ash Phoenix in terms of wing position. The Phoenix's tail is a wide, short, and orange fire. Large wings resembling fire fold on its back, containing darker outer flames and going from yellow orange to a pure orange. In front of them is a broad, duller orange beak with small yellow nostrils. The " Season 2" Phoenix, which is the default design as of now, is orange, with a small highlighted feathery head. The Phoenix can dive in Lava but not Water, unlike most Animals. The Phoenix has normal boost interval in the Desert for balancing purposes. Reduced boost interval: There's less delay per each boost which makes the Phoenix quite fast, especially on Lava.If the animal dies from the fire damage, their XP is given directly to the Phoenix: They don't drop meat like with normal fire. Fiery bite: when it bites an animal, it will catch on fire for a few seconds. Also, the Phoenix naturally moves slower in the Desert, and was made to do so for balancing purposes. The Phoenix is very slow over any water(such as Oases and Water Spots) and is faster on Lava. Its movement speed is consistent over everything except Water and Lava. Fly over everything (like the Dragon). Can be eaten by monster tier animals and Black Dragons. Is able to eat all animals between Elephant and Fox tier. Can eat all types of food except for dates, Cactus Pears and Berries. The fire hurts on contact and will set Animals on fire if it lands on them, similarly to the Dragon's fire. However, this takes up a lot of lava, and at full lava bar, can only do three shots at most. By pressing S, the Phoenix can shoot fire, in the same way that water-based animals can shoot water droplets. The same will happen if the Animal it's locked onto dies. It still spits out fireballs but they don't harm the player. If the player is too far from their fire tornado, it will slowly come back to them and stay near them until its health is depleted. The tornado loses health naturally over time in increments, regardless of water, and will eventually despawn. Health is lost gradually when the tornado is in water or instantly on contact with water drops. Once health is lost, it cannot be regained. If the Phoenix takes damage or is stunned, the ability will be cancelled. While holding W the Phoenix is unable to enter hiding holes and will have automatically move forwards towards the target at a constant speed.Fire tornados can't be fired if the player is low on lava: a message appears confirming this. ![]() Otherwise the target will remain in place, the cooldown will start, and no Fire Tornado will be fired. When holding W, a Target will appear, and if the player releases W while it's on another Animal(the target doesn't need to be entirely on the Animal), the tornado will lock onto that animal. The size of the tornado is generally small, but scales with the Phoenix's size, meaning that larger Phoenixes with more XP have larger fire tornadoes than smaller ones with less XP. ![]() Tornadoes periodically spit out fireballs which sets other Animals(including other Phoenixes) on fire.
